The Process

County of Origins:

Mexico High Grown, Vietnam Robusta, Peru, Ethiopia, and Nicaragua

Blending:

Each type of spirit naturally has its own flavor profile, so the coffee beans used for each blend are carefully developed to complement and enhance the aromas to give each cup a uniquely different experience.

Aging:

Finding the right amount of time to age the beans is just as important as using the correct blend of beans. We use dried but recently used barrels and utilize the flavors embedded in each barrel to give the blend a natural flavor that expresses subtle changes as the barrels are used.

The ideal aging time is 10-14 days.
